Claroline Open Source v1.6 eLearning System Ready

The Claroline open source elearning community has released it's Claroline version 1.6 Release Candidate. The open source elearning community invested a considerable manpower effort in debugging the Claroline 1.6 elearning software. It should be the last release before the Claroline 1.6 will be released for production. The focus will now be on the upgrade script as no further change are planned to the new database structure of Claroline.
