In today’s global climate of fear and conflict, war and terrorist threats, we need to learn the tools to take better care of ourselves. Statistics show that many illnesses are stress related, and much of it is due to our imbalanced lifestyles, heavy work schedules and deadlines to be met, a lack of rest and recreation, not enough family quality time, fear of the economy, fear of terrorists, fear of living our lives fully and following our dreams. It’s time for a change.
