Semtech Announces Q2 Conference Call & Webcast

Semtech Corporation (Nasdaq: SMTC) a leading supplier of analog and mixed-signal semiconductors, will release fiscal year 2005 second quarter financial and earnings results after the close of the market on Tuesday, August 24, 2004.

The earnings release will be available at the Company's website.

Semtech will host a conference call to discuss second quarter results at 2:00 p.m. PT (5:00 p.m. ET) on Tuesday, August 24, 2004.  Investors and the interested public will have the opportunity to listen to the conference call live over the Internet by going to the investor relations section of Semtech's website.
