The palmOne Online Basics free website, can be accessed from palmOne's education page, now offers around the clock access to topics that cover fundamental uses of the personal information management ( PIM ) applications.

"How to" modules in the use of the Calendar, Date Book, Memo Pad, Note Pad, HotSync( R ) operation, beaming and more are covered in short segments that feature a "look, listen and learn" format aimed at both visual and auditory learners. Segments include voice instructions and short training movies.
