Eracent, Inc. announced today that, through a joint program with LicenseLogic LLC, Eracent customers and referred companies will receive a $100 discount on all of SIIA’s Certified Software Manager (CSM) training courses, taught by LicenseLogic. The CSM certification is internationally recognized, and holders of the certification are acknowledged as software licensing and compliance subject matter experts. The courses train the participants how to identify the components of an effective software management plan, understand complex software license agreements, reduce or eliminate their company’s liability for copyright infringement and how to negotiate more favorable software license agreements.
