LOUISVILLE, Colo.- Raindance Communications(R), Inc. (Nasdaq:RNDC), a provider of integrated web and audio conferencing services, will release financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2004 at the close of the market on Wednesday, February 9, 2005. Raindance will also hold a conference call to discuss the company's financial results.
