The integration of ICS's communications features and "zero-footprint" client revolutionizes the rollout of such advanced capabilities in a solution requiring no software downloads, accommodating PC, MAC, Unix and Linux users alike. ICS provides the My Teamwork application in the integrated Alcatel OmniTouch Unified Communications suite and will also be integrated in Alcatel's multimedia application suite for service providers, enabling them to deliver new revenue generating Managed Communication Services.
