RegistrationPlus is used to manage the registration process for any type of Event. The host decides which Event information to gather using an easy- to-use on-line form, creates an email invitation, then adds the email addresses of those they wish to invite to the Event. Then, with a click of a mouse, all the invitees are sent a simultaneous email invitation at the time scheduled by the host. When invitees receive their invitation, they simply click the link to register for the Event through RegistrationPlus. All registration information is collected, including answers to custom pre-Event questions. The collected registration information is provided to the host via reports generated into HTML for easy import into Microsoft Excel.

RegistrationPlus features a built-in credit card processor to handle payment collection. Registrants receive an automatic email confirmation, which includes all information necessary to attend the Event. Up to two follow-up reminders are sent to registrants at times pre-determined by the host. Invitations and confirmations are easily branded with the host organization's custom look through the RegistrationPlus branding program.
