Trinity RJM has announced an online training program for managers and supervisors who actively supervise one or more employees. The course is targeted to persons who have recently been promoted to a management or supervisory position and need to know how to identify drug abuse and what is required to protect the abuser, the company, and the public.

The participant will learn how to recognize workplace problems that may be related to employee use of alcohol and other drugs. They will also learn how to identify and investigate crisis situations, intervene in problem situations, refer employees for counseling, protect employee confidentiality, avoid enabling, and how to continue to supervise employees who have been referred to assistance.
