PresenterNet Integrates Conference Calling Free-of-Charge
Conference Calling Section - Conference Calling Category

PresenterNet, provider of online interactive Web presentation services, announced integration of free conference calling. Though the new service is available as an option to all users, PresenterNet will also continue to offer interactive Web conferencing as a standalone user service.

According to PresenterNet CEO Doug Wolfgram, "We want to make our services as easy to use as possible. For users delivering Webinars or interactive group presentations, conference calling should be easy to access. Yet many users do not want the audio portion of their presentation bundled into their service costs. To ensure flexibility, we therefore offer the best of all worlds."

The new conference calling integration permits any user to access free audio conferencing, with a permanent conference room number. They then pass that information along with the PresenterNet conferencing link by email to all invitees for their online event. In this operating mode, participants effortlessly join both the audio and visual presentation portions of a conference within seconds.

"User feedback has been very enthusiastic," explained Wolfgram about the conference calling service. "Nevertheless, we have learned that some environments require Web conferencing components to be offered as standalone services. Users are growing more sophisticated about understand their options," he added. "We want every user and potential user to know that they can purchase services from us in a variety of ways. That's a major key to client satisfaction."
