Vodavi Schedules Reporting Date and Teleconference for 2004 Second Quarter Results

Vodavi Technology Inc. (Nasdaq: VTEK) announced that it plans to hold its 2004 second quarter teleconference on Tuesday, July 27, 2004 at 5 p.m. Eastern Time. Second quarter results will be released prior to the call.
