ProjX is an enterprise-wide reporting and information management system that captures, manages, tracks and guides the success of an organization's process excellence initiatives. Adding the elearning courses to the system provides ProjX customers with the ability to review specific topics, skills and tools they need at the exact moment they need it – when working on a deliverable.

According to BMG’s eLearning product manager Jessica Schneider, “This new feature has the power to dramatically improve the way Six Sigma companies conduct project work. Giving practitioners the ability to review specific topics, refresh their skills and get instructions directly within ProjX provides our clients with a stronger continuous learning environment and greater program rigor.” Schneider added that the integrated system’s on-demand coaching and mentoring capabilities will help companies improve the consistency of their project work across the board.

Users can find the eLearning content inside the ProjX Mentor, an area where clients currently access additional project guidance and materials such as templates, examples and printed training curriculum, In total, a selection of more than 30 elearning courses can be loaded to the system at a client’s request including these topics:

o Data Collection
o Process Mapping and C&E Tools
o Understanding Graphs
o Attribute Measurement Systems
o Capability Analysis
o Basic Tests of Hypotheses
o Project Closure

Companies can choose to implement all of BMG’s eLearning courses in their entirety or select exact courses based on their specific Six Sigma roadmap. The new system is available to all existing and new ProjX customers through BMG.
