New Interactive Online Training Experiences Will Teach and Assess Skills.

The i.d.e.a.s. team will take the two Hire Authority courses presently offered in face-to-face training sessions and turn them into web-based interactive experiences.
The first course, "Interviewer Training for Hiring High Performers," is based on the book "Don't Hire Anyone Without Me," a how-to book that teaches employers to accurately assess job applicants using motivation-based interviewing to identify High Achievers.
The second course, "Experience the Attitude," is based on Quinn's second book, "Have the Attitude," which allows individuals to explore their own attitude and discover how to maximize their greatest potential.
