Join the Credit Union National Association for this live training webinar. This training webinar is designed for managers and staff who need to understand potential security and fraud issues at your credit union.
Part II (August 12):
Establish what should be included in an educational program on identity theft for the members.
Identify how the credit union should respond and work with a member who has become a victim of identity theft.
Learn what information the members will need if his or her identity has been stolen.
Establish what other resources are available to the member to reestablish his or her identity.
